We returned "another brand" of box mattress as it felt horrible - weird feeling, too hard, etc - and replaced it with a winkl. Worlds apart; firmness is just right (for us), totally comfortable, no horrible spring noise/feeling, supporting a NZ company (not to mention donation towards Kiwi conservation), and at a great price. Would do it again in a heart beat.
