Overall great service from Winkl. Our shipment took a while longer to arrive than planned, but we found out that this was Mainfreight's issue. They held the mattress in Auckland for a week for no reason, which was disappointing. My husband has been in touch with Winkl and they sent us a lovely bar of chocolate with apologies.
