I got two winkl pillows one for me and one for my husband. The husband loved his immediately! I took about a week as I’m use to a very flat pillow and my head was raised more with this pillow. I have to say I no longer have a stiff neck anymore, so I’m hoping that continues for the years to come. The pillow is easy to get in and out of the cover to wash, no matter what I use it never gets as white as when I first pulled them out of the box however. The small zipper scares me it looks so flimsy I’m terrified it’ll break at some point soon in the future. Overall a great feeling pillow, I don’t overheat with it, I don’t get a stiff sore neck anymore and hopefully this continues into the distant future. Service was seriously fast as was communication and I’m glad it’s a New Zealand company even though sadly the carbon footprint is slightly further afield. I’ll look at getting a mattress from winkl and the cool looking frame once my currents have past their lifespan all going well.
