I am very happy with my purchase and service provided by Winkl in that process. The extra comfort level of the "Lux" mattress is providing me good sleep and while i had to negate the 15 year warranty by chopping off a small width margin to fit my caravan - i am comfortable the mattress will survive the warranty period in good shape.
