I bought a Lux Queen Mattress. I am extremely pleased with my purchase. I was hesitant to buy such an expensive item online, without trying it first, you hear of so many horror stories related to online purchases and the promises made, but not fulfilled. I need not have worried. Everything was exactly as described, from Delivery, Communication with staff, and the mattress purchased. You do have to adjust to your new bed and the 120 day trial period let's you do just that. It took about a week and I adjusted and had fallen in love my mattress. I purchased 2x pillows, with the mattress and they are so incredibly comfortable, the best pillows I have ever had. I went on to buy a mattress protector and a set of Queen Linen sheets. All are exactly as described and really good quality. Delivery is incredibly fast and all items are packaged beautifully. My experience with Winkl has been very easy and I've supported a wee Kiwi too. Let's just say my old mattress has been retired and I sleep really well, even removing an extra blanket on the bed, as I just don't need it. I'm impressed with the quality and comfort I now experience.
