It arrived really quick and was packaged well. The little bag and cutter was a nice touch. The mattress is for our guest room and we have had mixed reviews. Too firm at first (but softens over the night) for some and lovely and firm but softens to much for others. Once our next guest leaves we are going to try it out ourselves to see what we think and may buy another for us.
