Prior to choosing Winkl I did some research about the different companies offering similar products. I chose Winkl because of the claim that the mattresses are slightly firmer than other options but I also loved the fact that it is a NZ owned and based company. The longer trial period and warranty is a great incentive too. But the fact that the mattresses that get returned go the the Salvation Army, so are not wasted, really impressed me. The reviews I've seen of the returns process are great and I felt like it was worth trying out, risk free. Dealing with Winkl has been a great experience.
