Service and delivery were perfect! I booked and paid for the mattress, and was able to arrange the delivery for a specific day two weeks later, when I could be home. The local delivery company called me to arrange the time, then called me 15 mins before their agreed arrival at my house. they were exactly on time as well.
Took me about two weeks to settle into the mattress, and now I just love it! My bed has maintained the perfect warmth, so is cosy during cold nights, yet cool during hot nights.
