My friend put me on to Winkl after listening to me complain about my poor sleep due to hip and back pain thru the night! I never want to sleep away from home ever again lol!! No hip and back pain in weeks, the feeling of waking up rested and pain free amazing! Yes I’ve added some functional movement exercise as well to help (I suffer rheumatoid arthritis) but now the only time I struggle is when I travel for work! Best investment ever!!
