Too soft. Starts off ok with uniform support but after a few hours the mattress deforms such that I am sleeping in a depression about 4 to 5 inches deep that results in me waking with a sore back after about 4 or 6 hours sleep. It is no improvement over the three year old mattress that I had before. I have been told I have to wait a min of 90 days following purchase before I can return it for a refund. Looking forward to getting a replacement mattress that will provide at least 8 hours of comfortable sleep without waking up feeling like a cripple.
