Absolutely perfect. So comfortable and warm. Highly recommended to all. Customer service not so good. I was not informed that rural delivery would involve an almost 2 week wait. The 'Help' team did not seem to be bothered at all. I had to do all the tracking to find out exactly where the mattress was. If you live rurally, do not expect a speedy delivery.
