I purchased the lux mattress. At first it was comfortable and now unfortunately I am having the worst sleeps of my life. It was firm at first, now it’s soft and dipping. Guttered I spent 3 grand including the bed frame, and the team at winkl won’t even offer me a refund on my mattress, I don’t want an exchange as clearly these mattresses aren’t what they’re hyped up to be. So disappointed, also I tried to write a review on their website and it’s not submitting, interesting
