I was very excited to recieve my Winkl. It arrived super fast and looked great. It ended up being too hard for me - although I gave it a good try. I've learned i really like softer mattresses. Winkl were wonderful at honoring me a full refund. I would still recommend Winkl for those who enjoy a Medium/Hard mattress.
