I wanted to give it 5 stars however the following didnt allow me too... 1. the exchange of the matress from Q to D apprently incurred me extra $75 for delivery. I dont find it very logical as the delivery and return is free. because of the word'exchange' you have charged $75. but if i has returned the Q mattress and got the refund and then bought a D sized mattress, delivery and return would be free?! i fail to see any difference sorry. Especially when I returned the Q mattress in its original boxed state. I should not be charged $75 for return of an unopened box. 2. I had purchased 2x lux mattress, 2x pillows and 1x slat base a few weeks before the promotion where they were giving away free pillows and weighted blanket. when i enquired if i can get the promotion as i have only just recently purchased the items worth $4k plus, i was declined. i wish i had waited a couple more weeks to bouth the mattress/base...i would have received 2x weighted blanket and 4 pillows for free!
