Ordered 2 bikes for my twin boys for Christmas on Sunday 22nd Nov, received an email from them to say they would be delivered on 23rd Nov....nothing turned up. I tried to email them 3 times, but no response. Tried their phone and the line is now dead.
I then received a txt confirmation from DPD to say the delivery would be today, it was but one 1 bike. They have confiermd that DPD only gave them i bike, even though they can see it should have been 2 on the order.
Tried to email them today, no response as yet
