Pre ordered a bike as there website said usually dispatched from supplier within 7 days or would get notify if not available within 2 days. No joy so set email with just a bot reply back, now they have blocked my emails. The bike I pre ordered which they now do not have on their website for the frame size and colour I ordered but all other size choices and colours shown for same model are now gone up in price by £500. OPENED A PAYPAL CASE TO GET MONEY BACK
