Ordered a new orbea m50 from winstanley bikes on the 14may, arrived the following Friday without issue. Emailed them on the Monday to check all was ok and they responded and confirmed I would receive it this week (which I did). I was concerned having read lots of negative reviews but for me, they were great and delivered as promised. Really pleased with the bike and was packaged securely and tracked delivery through Hermes. Great service for me 👍
