Bought a bike on 17th November and was told a few days later they had to order it in/it should arrive by 27th November. Then I was told the end of this week. I've tried e-mailing and calling to gain an update but no-one is responding/the phone number just keeps you in a loop with hold music, then ringing, then back to hold music. Based on recent reviews I'm starting to worry if this place is a scam.
