Got a good deal on the rental but realized after the dates on the reservation were off by one day. Rental was showing one day later for pickup and drop off.
I spent several hours trying to reach a live person and the support ticketing system only states "we will get back to you as soon as possible". What does that mean? Within 24 hrs, 48 hrs, x number of days?
