It's a complete scam. I booked a car for three weeks and paid the full amount upfront. However, after returning the car, they charged me an additional 25 euros without any justification. When I reached out to their so-called customer support, they were extremely unprofessional and even insulting. I have all the emails to prove it. Avoid renting from third-party companies or brokers; instead, rent directly from major rental companies.
