I booked a car thorugh Wise Cars and paid in full. I have an invoice saying that payment was complete and the balance is zero. However, when I picked up the car at Budget I was charged again and Budget said that Wise hadn't paid them. I have called Wise cars numerous times and every time they say that they will call back in 2 days and never do. I feel frustrated and this is definitely a scam.
