Terrible experience with Zurich Insurance I was hit by a Zurich-insured driver in a hit-and-run incident on 9th Nov 2023. I submitted all evidence including photos, a witness statement, and contacted their team repeatedly. Despite this, I have been met with delays, vague replies, and complete inaction. Their latest response? That they have “no obligation” to deal with my claim — despite having clear proof. This is disgraceful. I’ve been left without a repaired vehicle for over 7 months and treated like an inconvenience, not a victim. I will now escalate this legally and publicly. Avoid this company at all costs. They do not care about doing what’s right.
