1 star because I had to leave at least 1, there should be a - star for companies like these.
They have be sorting my parcel for 1 week and still nothing customer service charge you in addition to the phone charge so they are actually making money with your complain. My advice take your own parcel yourself on a bike and you will be quicker than this company
