Why any supplier would risk their reputation by using this company is beyond me.XDP collected my order from the supplier on 30th March since then they have no idea what they have done with it!
No updates & it is not possible to speak to anyone from the company.Only information I have had has come via supplier.
It is now14.30 on 4/4/22 & I still don't know where my goods are
For your own sanity avoid suppliers that use these couriers.
