ordered a mattress,received message next day to say it was In their hands. 2 days later got message with a 2 hour delivery slot. App couldn't download as it was too old for my brand new phone. Email tracking link was just as useless. Delivery eventually came at 9pm,SIX HOURS LATE and with mud on the packaging. When questioned,rude driver said we've been busy,call customer service. Just so happens its one of those premium numbers.
Dreadful, dreadful service. Why would any company of repute want to associate themselves with these cowboys. AVOID!!
