Parcel was delivered on time as per email and earlier text. Took 3 days from the moment I ordered. Easily trackable on their site (Haven’t tried the app) Friendly driver and very helpful dragged massive bulky box, weight nearly 40 kg right in front of my door. Goods in perfect condition not damaged. Ordered spin bike so was worried flywheel might get damage but all was good.
