I believe the package was never delivered to the designated pick up store.
Long story short, Yodel notified me on the 7th of December that the package is ready to collect.
I checked on the 9th and 11th, the store assisstants searched thoroughly for the package, but it was simply not there.
I contacted Yodel but they were quite useless with the help and eventually I got an automatic message that I didn't collect the package and it was being returned.
