I received text and email to say that my parcel had been delivered to my selected store, I had to have it delivered there after the driver couldn't be bothered to try and find my address, went to the store to be told it wasn't there I called the call centre and was told this is usual and I will receive another text when it's actually in-store, went on the online chat to confirm who told me this was not correct and I'll only receive the delivered message when delivered now have to wait 24hrs for an investigation!!
