I arranged for my parcel to be delivered to a parcel shop that was open until 9pm each day. Twice my parcel went out for delivery and each time at 7pm the tracker said delivery attempted, could not access the store. I watched the tracker on the second delivery attempt and it reached the 22 stops before me stage and then tracking disappeared and was replaced with a message the delivery had failed as the driver could not access the store. The driver was no where near the store. I rang the store and they were definitely open. Only conclusion is that driver had too many parcels to deliver and was running out of time so just made up an excuse that the shop was shut, never even attempted delivery. No update on the tracker now since 13 December, so parcel is now lost, thanks yodel for ruining Christmas.
