Yodel just lie. They will tell you ‘out for delivery’ when it is not. They will say ‘attempted delivery but no answer’ when no delivery has been attempted. (Security cameras and ring doorbells confirm no attempt to deliver)
Retailers who use Yodel do not deserve your business. Avoid all companies who use Yodel if you wish to remain sane!
