I am extremely disappointed with Yodel’s service. My order was marked as “delivered”, but the driver didn’t even bother to check if anyone was at home. Instead, she left the parcel completely unattended, right outside my front door, and left. When I returned, the parcel was missing.
I never authorised Yodel to leave my delivery outside in plain sight. This is highly irresponsible and unsafe.
I have contacted Yodel multiple times since July, but all I get are generic replies that the case is under “internal investigation”. They refuse to issue a simple written confirmation that the parcel is lost — something I need to resolve the issue with the retailer.
This lack of accountability is unacceptable. I am left out of pocket, with no parcel and no resolution. I have now escalated the matter to Citizens Advice and will not trust Yodel with future deliveries.
