Had to make a claim for a cracked windscreen, straight forward no problems, paid my excess , windscreen replacement 24 hours later , very happy with the service, little bit worried about some of the comments posted about excessive charges for changes to policy , but I did save £240 compared to direct line, so happy days d as I far👍
