Good price, cover etc. Excess for breakdown came as a surprise, not mentioned that I saw until after going to pay. Not allowing me to progress unless driver license number entered annoyed me, I'd rather not have to trust your security with my personal info.
overall still 4 stars though not based on experience of service yet.
