I have only just set up my insurance. So far so good. It was the cheapest quote and I like tje customer portal. 4/5 because there was no chat function & its not easy to speak to a person. I was easily able to cancel my initial policy when I wanted to change the start date in order to add my daughter as a named driver.
The real test will be if I ever have to make a claim. M&S were brilliant when I did earlier in the year but unfortunately their renewal came in too high.
