Very good service and once you get your head around the online only experience, this is great. I was charged for a slight change to the policy and when i had a online chat with Eleanor, she was very helpful and completely understood the situation, i was refunded the money. I am not a person that would go online normally for these kind of insurances and this experience has opened me up to maybe looking at this option in the future.
