For some reason only YOGA got 7 of the eight digits for my bank account. Instead of just asking I got a rather threatening email saying my policy was being cancelled, even though mt deposit had gone through ok. No simple request to check my details by either text, email or phone just the threat to cancel. Made to feel like I was deliberately avoiding payment without given chance to rectify. Feel badly judged and not happy as I am a new customer to YOGA and suddenly wondering if my business should have gone elsewhere.
