I was happy with insurance until
I realised that I wasn’t able to extend it for a further week at the end of my holiday because I was already travelling.
My flight was cancelled by the airline so I decided I would stay another week but when I tried to extend insurance cover I wasn’t able even though I hadn’t made a claim.
