Having purchased my new policy I noticed that there was no total loss cover after my car was over a certain age. I made enquiries to cancel my new policy even before the policy was meant to start and they wanted to charge me £49 admin charge to cancel.
I found this very steep and I even tried to amend my policy to cover total loss and this was not available abs did not offer a different cover. Therefore I’m stuck with this and will have to hope my car does not sustain total loss damage. Please be careful and do not make the same mistake I did!!!!
