Every year i get up to date quote’s for my car insurance. Last year i compared and Yoga came out best value, i recieved one call from them at the time of taking payment and asked if i wished to auto renew? I declined but advised they could send a quote out. I compared my prices online as usual, after making changes to this years insurance for quotes, and purchased my policy from Tesco’s. I have been horrified to learn that Yoga have intentions to auto renew my insurance this year as they have kept bank details from previous year? Without authority? The fact that you do not have a telephone to talk about issues allows these sort of problems to arise. This puts me off using Yoga in future regardless of prices. I cannot comment on service if you ever needed to claim, but i have lost faith in dealing with them
