was easy enough to contact assistant to get help. i didn’t realise it was a on site company. i’m not computer savvy. so time will tell how it goes. but very pleased with everything that is included in insurance. many extras. one thing being if stolen or damaged. which is a main reason you would want to be insured for. but it appears many companies now do not cover this. crazy so well done yoga
