All was fairly straightforward except it would not accept my password even though I followed instructions regarding how long, putting in a capital etc. Finally I came out and went in, chose Forgotten Password and managed to get it to accept the password I wanted, The price was good and the refund on my previous policy seems to have gone through without a hiccup. How good the company and policy are can't be tested without a claim, so I hope I never have to find out.
