The original insurance was good cover and competitive and easy to set up. I did not like that you cant talk to anybody and that their "chat" is fully automated and does not let you have a discussion with an operator. When we got our renewal I went into the portal and (I thought) I had cancelled it because we no longer own the car. I let it run for a few weeks so as not to incur an early settlement. Yoga have since renewed against my instructions and loaded every element that they offered onto the quote. I believe this is mall practise and by deliberately not giving you the option in the portal to be abele to decline the renewal goes against the financial services rules. If someone doesn't contact me it will be going to the FOS and Watchdog.
