Sadly after 9 years or more, my car was hit on a roundabout at speed. 4 daya after hours of calls waiting in queues and being passes from one person or dept to another I am still waiting 3 days later to learn when I will receive a hire car and learn when the repairer and who will accept the work. One call told me I was to receive a like for like car to my bmw whoever now it transpires I will only be able.to receive a corsa ( when I finally do get a date) and the nearest repairer over 45mins drive away!! I thought the insurance would do all the work....I've had no car for 4 days and have had to make untold calls and emails. The people are nice and helpful but I can only assume unable.to manage this amount of business. I wont be returning to yoga.
