I am a new customer to Yoga, principally based on the fact that their pricing was £100 cheaper than my renewal quote PLUS it had more cover items included e.g. breakdown, courtesy car etc. versus previous company. The purchase process was simple to do, with all required documentation available to me on the online portal. The only reason I have not yet given a 5* rating is that I have no experience yet of how well any potential problems / claims / follow-on renewals etc. will be dealt with. I'll let you all know if and when anything arises, but so far, so good :)
