I tried to login to get my policy number couldn’t recall my login details. I didn’t receive assistance. Your BOT is inadequate. I tried to call but you only provide a claims tel number stAting any other query will not gain assistance. . I’m seriously disappointed and quite concerned. Before retiring I was a customer service manager with an online insurer who DID provide a full telephone service in any event . This is a very poor service. I am a new customer who will not be renewing.
