Quotation was very competitive and included the services I was looking for. Unfortunately the policy was incorrect and could not be altered so they cancelled the policy. I have no grumbles as the company was easy to talk to via live chat and clear with responses. I have been promised a full refund within 3-5 working days so lets hope that happens.
