Actually I am very unhappy. I had included 2 named drivers in the quote request who did not appear on the insurance document. I really needed a person to discuss this with but could only cancel the policy. I cancelled the policy before it came into effect and within a couple of hours of paying for it. I now have to wait 8 days for the money to be returned minus £50 admin fee.
