All went well until I attempted to delete the auto renewal. I noted that it can be done from the portal - but can't find it there, or using the live chat which - is a robot and doesn't give an option to delete it. I find this most frustrating and guess that lots of other customers will think the same. Having looked at these 2 options that were indicated it only leaves one other option - to do so in writing. BUT there is no email option as they are all emails are on a no reply basis - and no email address given ... so unbelievably the only other option given is to send a letter by snail mail!!!!
The simple solutions are to put an opt out button in the portal in a place not hidden away, and include the auto renewal as a heading in the chat robot.
