The charge of £150 for insurance was fair, but after agreeing to pay I was then informed the while the computer was doing it's thing, that a charge of £49 for setting up was imposed, I did not agree to this and couldn't cancel the policy.
Charge's should be explained at the beginning of preparing to choose an insurance company.
