The provider was the cheapest with all the facilities I needed. The only thing that appears to have changed from last year with any provider is the high cost of additional add-ons. The basics are there but when I came to look for home and roadside recovery, this was in addition to the initial premium. The same applied to protecting my NCB and courtesy car in the event of various different causes of damage to my vehicle, ie non-insured driver, etc etc. All in all I am satisfied with the result and just glad that I am covered for a whole year with a very reasonable cost.
